My Words Fall Out

Some words sit quietly in the heart, waiting. Others fall out before we can catch them.

My Words Fall Out is a deeply personal collection of letters, stories, essays, and poetry—woven from memory, love, grief, and self-discovery. With raw honesty and lyrical beauty, Anne takes readers on a journey through childhood, loss, resilience, and the search for belonging. From tender letters to loved ones—both present and absent—to powerful narratives of survival and strength, each piece invites you into a world where emotions are unfiltered and words hold weight.

For anyone who has ever looked back on their life and wondered What if?, for those who have loved and lost, and for those still searching for their voice—this collection is for you.

About The Author

Annë (“Annie”) Thomas Varughese is a writer, recruiter, speaker, and storyteller based in beautiful Dallas, Texas. For over two decades, she has helped others find the right words, the right opportunities, and—often—the right path forward. Through her work in staffing, network marketing, and her writing, Annë blends real-world insight with a deep sense of purpose, reminding others that it’s never too late to start again.

But before she was “Awesome Annë,” she was Annë —a daughter, a sister, a friend, and a mom to five. She’s a woman navigating love, loss, grief, motherhood, faith, and reinvention. Her debut collection, My Words Fall Out, is more than just a book, more than her anthology —it’s a conversation. It’s her space for honesty, humor, healing, and hope. Through letters, poetry, and snapshots of her journey, Annë offers readers something rare: the feeling of being seen, and the victory of overcoming the imposter syndrome every day.

With a heart for helping and a gift for storytelling, Annë writes to reflect, to remember, and to remind you that you are not alone—and you are not done. You, too, have a story worth sharing! When she’s not writing or supporting job seekers, Annë enjoys the game of NERTZ, long walks, meaningful talks, spontaneous road trips, and quiet mornings with her protein shake and her thoughts.

She believes in starting over, speaking truth, and declaring out loud:

“I am Awesome Annë—and I believe in me.”
